MARIAH CAREY has embarked on a range of water exercises to achieve her new toned figure.

Her manager BENNY MEDINA says, "Mariah is working with PATRICIA GAY, a trainer she met is St Bart's (in the Caribbean). Patricia travels with Mariah to maintain her program of water exercises."
