Mariah Carey Getting Back At Eminem

FURIOUS Mariah Carey, 35, has launched a scathing attack on ex-fling Eminem and accused him of resorting to cheap stunts to boost his waning popularity.

During his recent US Anger Management tour, the rapper reportedly used intimate 2001 phone messages from Carey to accompany his song Puke, and pretended to vomit into a prop toilet on stage.

The diva's manager, Benny Medina, told The New York Post: 'While we appreciate Eminem as an artiste, lately his work has seemed tasteless and unnecessarily mean-spirited. The public seems to agree, just look at his declining record and concert ticket sales.'

Eminem is WAY too MEAN to Mariah

Mariah Carey is reportedly furious with Eminem for playing intimate answerphone messages she left him to huge audiences during his Anger Management tour.

The We Belong Together singer left the voice-mail for the rap star when he worked on Carey's Charm Bracelet album in 2001.

PageSix.com reports the private messages feature Carey begging: "I heard you were getting back with your ex-wife. Why won't you see me? Why won't you call me? You're not calling me."

Mariah Carey prayed to be kidnapped

Mariah Carey claims she was so miserable in her marriage to music mogul Tommy Mottola, she often fantasized about being kidnapped so she could get out of the relationship.

She tells Allure magazine: "I longed for someone to come kidnap me back then. I used to fantasize about that a lot. I'd have my pocketbook with me at all times in case I had to make an escape."

It's Now Safe To Call It A Comeback



Mariah Carey's slump is over. After the spectacular implosion that was "Glitter," she returned in 2002 with "Charmbracelet," a pretty good album that didn't quite put her back on top. But her current album, "The Emancipation of Mimi" (Island Def Jam), is her best since the 1990's; she has re-established herself as a neo-disco diva while subtly updating her approach.
